Snapshots of Joplin

It’s time for a fresh perspective on the housing market. We’ve all heard enough from the news media. I won’t even listen to the news anymore! So see through my eyes for a moment. Here are some snapshots of what’s going on in Joplin!
SOLD! 460 homes sold in Joplin in the past 3 months. The average price, –
$103,100. Average number of days to sell – 111. The greatest factor determining how quickly the home sold, PRICE.
GROWTH! Joplin certainly hasn’t come to a standstill
as new businesses open, streets are widened to accommodate traffic flow and new schools are built to meet the needs of an increase in students. We’ve seen several new restaurants open in the past couple of months. Joplin is, and will continue to be, a great city to live in, raise a family in, retire in.
INVEST! At the risk of repeating myself….it really is a good time to buy. Interest rates are as low as 5%. Lenders have money to loan. Prices are still very competitive making great buys possible. New home construction has slowed, allowing already existing homes to fare better in the market. If you
are looking for a home to live in, now is the time to make that move. If you want a sound investment to build future equity and worth, now is the time to buy! Contact me for a copy of my “Best Buy” list. I update this weekly to bring you the very best homes available on the market for the very best price. Just send me an email with the words Best Buy List included and I’ll email the list back to you.
As 2008 comes to an end, I can look back and celebrate a successful year. I hope you can do the same! I will finish up some calculations and paperwork for this year and then, with great anticipation and excitement, my focus will be on 2009! Let’s have a wonderful year…together!
